The Supplement I Take Every Single Day
There are no magic bullets, but *this* might be the next best thing.
Earlier this week, I polled my Instagram followers asking what topic YOU wanted to see me tackle today. Well, thank you for voting, and for being so curious about what I secretly hoped to write about this week: my daily supplement stack. As I began working on this piece, I realized how much there is to unpack for each of the three supplements I take every day. They are: essential amino acids (also known as EAAs or aminos), creatine, and protein powder.
And so, rather than go thin and wide, I’ve decided to go deep and narrow. Today is all about EAAs. I hope you’ll stick with me even if aminos don’t have the buzz of some of the other supplements out there. (They should, as you will learn. And you can scroll to the bottom of this article for a link to the ones I use.) I’ll save protein powder and creatine (and other supplements I’ve dabbled in, like magnesium, colostrum, B6 and NAD+) for future editions of BCS.
