On a recent flight from Houston to Munich, we had a mini memory foam pillow (business class, thanks to my hubby!) and it was SO great. Now looking for one for home . . .

I’ve seen these before and never bought one…because every other neck pillow has failed me🤣. I’ve taken to squishing a whole ass pillow in a stuff sack and pulling it out mid flight….this👆🏻, this would be easier lol I’m gonna give it a try, thank you!!

Was stuck in the ATL/EWR mess a few weeks ago. Getting mad at the gate staff or crew is silly. Control what you can control. I have a loaded kindle or several physical books and magazines. I have a large backpack that doubles as a ruck. I don’t use the people mover and if I can walk between terminals I do. Always go to the bathroom right before boarding! Turbulence has been worsening and you don’t want to have to go but pilot won’t let you up.

Yes, yes, yes. Bathroom access (for stretching and otherwise) is the reason I always book an aisle seat when one is available!

Great tips! Haven’t been traveling much lately but made a 16 hr. Trek from NZ to USA a few years ago with a 7 yo, 4yo and 9 month old. My littlest slept in my arms for the entire 12 hour overseas stretch and I chose not to drink a drop of water because I was scared of having to wake her to use to restroom. 😆 I literally did not move from my seat the entire flight. Looking back, I realize I should have stretched beforehand

These are fabulous tips, thank you! When you travel, do you bring along your creatine and EAAs in capsule form?

Nope! Powder in their containers. I’ve only been stopped once by TSA and we had a good chat about strength training as he swabbed it. Then he gave it back. :)

I'm so glad it was helpful, Lukas! Took me about 100 plane trips to lock it up tight. :)
